Welcome to the Diabetes Connection Learning Center, PTCE’s central location for the latest education and updates on the care and management of diabetes. This platform provides pharmacists and pharmacy technicians with essential information to advance their expertise in using continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) technology to manage diabetes. By leveraging the latest innovations in CGM, this resource will equip professionals to:

  • Help people living with diabetes achieve optimal glycemic outcomes
  • Explain advantages and features of CGM devices, integrated insulin delivery systems, and continuous ketone monitoring
  • Minimize the burden of diabetes and diabetes-related complications
  • Incorporate CGM devices and glycemic target recommendations into clinical practice
