Ushering in a New Era of Targeted Therapies in Relapsed/Refractory Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma: A Focus on New and Emerging Antibody-Based Regimens

Program Description

The prognosis of patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) who do not respond to R-CHOP is poor, especially for those with relapsed or refractory (R/R) disease. In recent years, several novel therapeutic modalities for patients with R/R DLBCL have emerged with promising efficacy, including monoclonal antibodies, bispecific antibodies, and antibody-drug conjugates, and several are recommended by guidelines. This program will differentiate the novel mechanisms of action and administration requirements of these emerging antibody-based treatments and their place in therapy for patients with R/R DLBCL. Panelists will present patient cases outlining best practices for treatment selection and sequencing of antibody-based therapies.
