Program Description
The Janus kinase (JAK) pathway has emerged as a critical target to control inflammation in atopic dermatitis (AD). Several JAK inhibitors have recently been approved and many others are still under investigation for the management of AD. This podcast will specifically focus on clinical safety and efficacy data supporting the use of new and emerging JAK inhibitors in the management of AD. Practical counseling points for pharmacists to provide individualized care and proper selection of therapy to patients with AD who are initiating therapy with JAK inhibitors will also be discussed.
