Work-life balance has become an increasingly common goal for people to achieve, especially pharmacist moms. Individuals seeking a work-life balance must assess their work- and nonwork-related obligations while simultaneously considering their personal health and well-being. However, maintaining a healthy work-life balance has been shown to be challenging in many areas of the pharmacy profession including community, academia, and hospital pharmacy. Your hosts in this Pharmacist Moms video discussion will share effects of a healthy work-life balance while providing effective tactics and techniques pharmacist moms can employ to achieve a healthy work-life balance between the demands of their personal lives and careers.
