This activity is part 2 in a 3-part webinar curriculum.
Program Description
Heart failure (HF) is associated with dysfunction in a number of pathways, including impaired synthesis of nitric oxide and decreased activity of soluble guanylate cyclase. While a range of therapies is available, each requires specific patient education and monitoring considerations for long-term cardiovascular management. This webinar will focus on the role of soluble guanylate stimulators in the management of HF and clinical data supporting the use of these agents in reducing hospitalizations in patients with HF with reduced ejection fraction. Considerations for the administration and dosing of soluble guanylate stimulators as well as their place in guideline-directed medical therapy for patients with HF will be reviewed.
