Program Description

While chemoimmunotherapy has improved outcomes for patients with non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL), a significant number of patients relapse or have refractory disease. In the past several years, bispecific antibodies (BsAbs) have emerged as an important therapeutic option in NHL, with trials continuing to explore their use in earlier lines of treatment. As new BsAb therapies receive FDA approval and are incorporated into treatment guidelines, oncology pharmacists are crucial in navigating the complexities of their safe and effective use. This program will provide a comprehensive overview of BsAbs used in NHL, including their unique mechanism of action, therapeutic targets, and clinical evidence in key NHL subtypes. Expert faculty will share insights on the latest guideline-directed use of BsAbs, including in combination regimens and for patients ineligible for CAR-T cell therapy. Additionally, panelists will lead a case-based discussion focusing on real-world challenges and pharmacist-driven solutions for BsAb integration, including important topics such as therapy sequencing, site-of-care coordination, and essential elements of patient education.
