Program Description:
The treatment landscape for platinum-resistant ovarian cancer (PROC) is expanding, with new options targeting a range of molecular pathways. Biomarker testing is essential but not consistently implemented; results should be integrated with guidelines, prior therapy, clinical characteristics, and patient goals when sequencing treatment. Clinicians must also evaluate investigational agents and anticipate where they may fit within future treatment pathways. Pharmacists, including those in community oncology practice, support patient-centered treatment selection and safe therapy use through counseling, monitoring, early recognition of agent- and class-specific toxicities, and appropriate dose modification. This webinar prepares pharmacists to apply biomarkers and guidelines, evaluate emerging therapies, and proactively manage treatment-related toxicities.

Educational Objectives
At the completion of this activity, participants will be able to:
- Apply evolving biomarker testing results and National Comprehensive Cancer Network–aligned treatment pathways to select individualized therapy for patients with platinum-resistant ovarian cancer (PROC)
- Differentiate among investigational agents in the PROC pipeline based on molecular target, mechanism of action, and efficacy data
- Investigate patient-specific monitoring and dose-modification plans to prevent, recognize, and manage toxicities associated with newer PROC therapies
