Program Description
Pharmacists and pharmacy technicians may occasionally need to answer questions, fill prescriptions, or compound medicines for animals. When patients are companion animals, there are a number of additional factors that should be considered. This introduction to veterinary pharmacy will familiarize pharmacists and pharmacy technicians with veterinary prescribing practices and review veterinary drug information resources.
