Inequities exist in cancer incidence, outcomes, and mortality. As more than half of Americans belong to a minority group, an understanding of these disparities is essential for health care providers, including pharmacists. This activity will examine potential biases in cancer health equity, the impact on overall quality of care, and barriers seen in practice. Additionally, faculty experts will bring awareness to the specific roles of each member of the health care team in addressing these disparities.
