Program Description

Each year, experts review evidence-based updates in the prevention, diagnosis, and management of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and update the Global Initiative for Chronic Obstructive Lung Disease (GOLD) guidelines to reflect significant changes from the scientific literature. This webinar outlines these noteworthy updates to the most recent GOLD COPD report and the impact of new information for pharmacists and pharmacy technicians. Pharmacists and pharmacy technicians will be able to effectively interpret the new guideline updates and implement them into their practice to improve the care for patients with COPD.
