Program Description
Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) is an aggressive form of non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL). Frontline treatment includes the monoclonal antibody rituximab in addition to systemic chemotherapy. In those patients with disease relapsed or refractory (R/R) to standard of care, treatment is more challenging, as many patients relapse after salvage chemotherapy and autologous stem cell transplant. Newer therapies, including antibody drug conjugates (ADCs) and chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapies, are changing the treatment of R/R DLBCL. This activity will feature a multidisciplinary panel, discussing nuances of ADCs and CAR T-cell therapies and how these treatments fit into the treatment paradigm of patients with R/R DLBCL.
