The 2026 COA Community Oncology Conference is designed to equip oncology pharmacists with the latest clinical data and operational strategies needed to excel in the rapidly shifting cancer care landscape. As vital members of the multidisciplinary team, community oncology pharmacists are at the forefront of translating complex science into accessible patient care. The educational sessions hosted by PTCE will focus on high-impact areas including mastering the operationalization of BsAbs in lymphoma to expand patient access within community settings. Topics will also cover navigating frontline regimen selection in hematologic malignancies and implementing guideline-concordant care and precision medicine in solid tumors. With attention to evolving clinical pathways, this year's sessions will empower community oncology pharmacists to lead coordinated, patient-centered efforts and navigate therapeutic decision-making to overcome barriers to treatment.
