Program Description
Recent advances in gene therapy and subsequent FDA approvals have expanded the JAK inhibitor class and offer new treatments to patients with myelofibrosis. The mechanism of action and gene targets of each JAK inhibitor is unique. Clinicians’ ability to differentiate among the agents is critical when selecting therapy for individual patients. In the second podcast in this series, expert faculty will discuss considerations and clinical data for new and emerging JAK inhibitors in the treatment of patients with myelofibrosis.
