Creating/Maintaining My Account

How do I sign up to use the Pharmacy Times Continuing Education (PTCE) site?

  • Click the "Register" button
  • Fill out on the information on the page that appears
  • Click "Register" at the bottom. Be sure to fill out all the asterisked fields. They are required for us to be able to process your post-tests/requests for credit
  • Once you have registered, you will be able to start using the site immediately

How can I correct mistakes in my personal information?

  • Once you login to your profile, click "My Profile" from the menu on the top of the screen
  • After you make and submit your changes, the information will be immediately available to the online system

My User ID Doesn’t Work/I Cannot Log Into my Account

  • If you forgot your user ID or password, click on the "Forgot Login" link and follow the instructions
  • You can also e-mail ceinfo@pharmacytimes.com and enter "Forgot Login" in the subject line. If you know your user ID, email address used with account or password, please provide it in your e-mail request along with any other information we might need to locate your account

Requesting a Duplicate or Copy of My CPE Statement of Credit

  1. Log into your account
  2. Click on "My CE"
  3. Locate the applicable activity listed
  4. Click "View/Print" and print

CPE Monitor/Records of Participation in CPE Activities

I recently participated in/completed an activity but it is not listed in CPE Monitor. When will my records transfer?

  • Records of participation are automatically uploaded daily into CPE Monitor
  • There is an unspecified validation period within the CPE Monitor system. PTCE has no control over this validation timeframe
  • Occasionally, the CPE Monitor system undergoes routine maintenance and during this time, no records of participation can be uploaded. Once the maintenance period ends, your records of participation will be automatically uploaded within 24 hours
  • To ensure that your records will automatically upload into CPE Monitor, please confirm that you have:
    1. Obtained an NABP e-Profile ID from the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (NABP)
    2. Entered it into your account on this Website
    3. Entered your date of birth in your account
  • If you have not followed these steps above, PTCE cannot automatically upload your record(s) of participation into CPE Monitor. Each pharmacist is responsible for obtaining an NABP e Profile ID number and ensuring your profile on this Website is accurate and updated in a timely manner. Once your account is updated, your records will be included in a weekly batch upload

Information for Pharmacy Technicians

Are PTCE's activities accredited for Pharmacy Technicians?

  • Activities on this site are accredited for pharmacists only unless otherwise specified (there will be a “T” in the Universal Activity Number [UAN] for activities that are accredited for Pharmacy Technicians)
  • Pharmacy Technicians may choose to participate in activities that are accredited for pharmacists only
  • Continuing education (CE) requirements for Pharmacy Technicians vary from state to state. While many states accept CE activities designated for Pharmacists, please check with your State Board of Pharmacy for credit reciprocity
