How do I sign up to use the Pharmacy Times Continuing Education (PTCE) site?

  • Click the "Sign Up" button on our home page or visit pharmacytimes.org/signup
  • Fill out the information on the page that appears
  • Click "Register" at the bottom. Be sure to fill out all the required fields.
  • Once you have registered, you will be able to start using the site immediately

How can I update my personal information?

  • Once you log in to your profile, click 'Dashboard', then click 'Update Your Profile'
  • Update your information then click 'Update' on bottom of page

How do I reset my password if I forgot it?

  • Go to Home Page
  • Click on 'Forgot Password'
  • Enter the email address associated with your account then click 'Submit'
  • An email will be sent to your inbox from "support@pharmacytimes.org". If not in your inbox, please check Spam/Junk folder
  • Open email and click on 'Reset Password' link, at which point you will be redirected to our site to enter a new password

How do I update my password?

  • Once you log in to your profile, click 'Dashboard', then click 'Update Your Profile'
  • Enter current password in 'Old Password' field
  • Enter new password in 'New Password' field and re-enter into 'Confirm Password' field then click 'Update Password'
    • New password must contain at least 8 characters and have both numbers and letters. Also, cannot be a password you've used previously.

Requesting a copy of my Statement of Completion

  • Log in to your account
  • Once you log in to your profile, click 'Dashboard'
  • Locate the course 
  • Click "Get Certificate" underneath the course title and that will download a PDF

CPE Monitor/Records of Participation in CPE Activities

I recently participated in/completed an activity but it is not listed in CPE Monitor. When will my records transfer?

  • Records of participation are automatically uploaded daily into CPE Monitor
  • There is an unspecified validation period within the CPE Monitor system. PTCE has no control over this validation timeframe
  • Occasionally, the CPE Monitor system undergoes routine maintenance and during this time, no records of participation can be uploaded. Once the maintenance period ends, your records of participation will be automatically uploaded within 48 hours
  • If you don’t see your credit uploaded after 48 hours, please contact help@NABP.pharmacy or visit https://nabp.pharmacy/about/contact/.
  • To ensure that your records will automatically upload into CPE Monitor, please confirm that you have:
  • If you have not followed these steps above, PTCE cannot automatically upload your record(s) of participation into CPE Monitor. Each pharmacist is responsible for obtaining an NABP e Profile ID number and ensuring your profile on this Website is accurate and updated in a timely manner. Once your account is updated, your records will be included in a weekly batch upload

Information for Pharmacy Technicians

Are PTCE's activities accredited for Pharmacy Technicians?

  • Activities on this site are accredited for pharmacists only unless otherwise specified (there will be a “T” at the end of the Universal Activity Number [UAN] for activities that are accredited for Pharmacy Technicians)
  • Pharmacy Technicians may choose to participate in activities that are accredited for pharmacists only, but are unable to receive credit.
  • Continuing education (CE) requirements for Pharmacy Technicians vary from state to state. While many states accept CE activities designated for Pharmacists, please check with your State Board of Pharmacy for credit reciprocity

 

How do I change the email address tied to my Pharmacy Times Continuing Education account?

To update your email, please register as a new user with your new email. Once completed please send an email to CEInfo@pharmacytimes.com indicating both your old and new emails so that the two accounts can be merged together.

 

What is the credit code for the live webinar I joined?

Codes for credit will be presented at the end of each live activity. Additionally, you will receive an email containing instructions on how to claim credit within 24 hours after the conclusion of the activity to the email used to register. Please make sure to check your spam or junk folder for these emails. They will be sent from one of the following addresses: DoNotReply@webcasts.com or reply@email.pharmacytimes.org.

 

Where can I download a copy of the slides presented?

A copy of the slides are available to download as a resource during the live presentation. You will also receive a link to download PDF copy of the slides to the email address used to register for the activity 2-6 hours in advance of the live broadcast.  

 

How do I complete an activity I already started?

In order to complete an activity that was already started, please visit your dashboard by clicking “View Dashboard” at the top left of the homepage. Here you can view activities that are “In Progress” and continue from where you left off.
